Out of mummy's stomach
I've been comfortably and safely inside mummy's stomach for 38weeks. I still can remember that mummy stop working from 1st Apr'05. On that day Auntie June and Jace jie jie came to visit mummy. Mummy has an appointment with Dr Chong at 8.30pm, so we waited for daddy to come back and drive us there. Before that we went for dinner together with auntie June & Jace jie jie at the near by coffee shop beside the clinic.Dr Chong told mummy that she is 1cm dilated and it still ok, baby will not be that fast to come out yet and ask mummy to see him again next week.
Mummy also told me that she want me to born on 3rd Apr 05, coz it read as 030405 which is grandma tomb unit number.
Next day, which is 2nd Apr'05. Early morning around 7.30am, mummy notice that she is having red discharge, she very excited and told daddy. As she read a lot of pregnancy book, they says that if you have red discharge no need to panic, still can wait till you feel your contraction or water bag burst than you can admit to hospital. So mummy ask daddy to go to work, no need to worry so much, baby not that fast to come out. (Who say so, I’m already on my way liao ley)
Mummy started to feel the contraction about 10am, she start to panic so she call and inform everyone. Jenny auntie (Isaac's mummy) asks her to stay clam and walk around the house. After a while grandma and Justin哥哥 came to accompany mummy, but hor grandma bought a lot of food over and Justin 哥哥very noise mass up all the toy all over the house. Yet grandma still can sit in front TV eating her breakfast as mummy is sitting beside her enduring the contraction pain. (I think mummy cannot ta han grandma, it just that she got no strength to say her).
Grandma, keep on saying “ no need to go hospital so early, wait till great pain than admit.” As the contraction is getting closer and closer, mummy don’t care what grandma say, faster call uncle Johnson to drive her to KKH, while waiting for uncle Johnson, mummy faster go take her last shower and drink the chicken essence. Inside uncle Johnson’s car, mummy kept on shouting, because the contraction is getting stronger, every 2-3 minute. Uncle Johnson like driving ambulance like that, so fast, cutting the line from left to right, from right to left. Auntie June called mummy, say CTE jam ask them not to use that road, Oh no…
So uncle Johnson decided to go by the blasiter road.
At last mummy reaches KKH, the nurse bring out the wheelchair for mummy to sit and bring her to the delivery suite. The nurse ask mummy to take off all her clothes, wear their KKH’s dress and lay down on the bed. Don’t know what happen outside mummy’s stomach? They put a lot of equipments surrounded me and hor a guy came in,
Guy : When is your due date?
Mummy: 13 Apr’05
Guy : When you start to feel the contraction
Mummy : Ouch!!… Oooh… (mummy is contracting) around 10am+
Guy : did your water bag burst?
Mummy : NO!… (mummy got frustrated liao)
Than hor he use his finger pok my heads lei. Ouch!!… pain pain lei…
Guy : Really? I can’t feel the water bag. Confirm your water bag already burst and now it 4cm dilated
20minute later daddy came. Oooh… mummy is on great pain, shouting and pulling daddy shirt (hahahaa…)
mummy cannot take it anymore, faster asks for epidural. After the injection of epidural, mummy felt very relieves and fall asleep. (I always got disturb by the nurse and that guy, because they keep coming in to empty my mummy’s bladder and pok my head. Angry!!) My daddy do nothing there lor, he only can sit and wait for me to come out. He walk around the room, take picture of mummy, read new paper, play hand phone game etc…
Around 7pm+ the midwife told mummy that she is 8cm dilated and reduced the epidural to half, anyway the epidural only can ta han for another 2 more hours. Mummy start to panic, if without the epidural sure she will shout like hell, so she starts to push me out without the midwife told to do so. 8pm the epidural gone, mummy can feel the contraction pain, oh no… she start to pull daddy shirt and shout as loud as she can… (make me so ma loo) the midwife came in.
Mummy: call Dr Chong already??!!
Midwife: Mrs. Wong, you haven’t reach 10cm yet, wait till you 10cm than we will page for Dr Chong
Mummy: HUH!!… cannot, cannot, I can’t wait. You call first can? By the time he reach here I 10cm liao
Midwife: Mrs. Wong, you haven’t reach 10cm yet, even Dr Chong here also have to wait till you reaches 10cm than he can do delivery.
Daddy starts to panic also, don’t know what to do, keep on giving mummy the oxygen tube whenever she start to shout. A while later, the midwife came in again, she check on mummy again.
Midwife: Ok, Mrs. Wong you can start pushing already, Dr Chong on the way liao.
Mummy: Aeeee… Ouch…
At last, Dr Chong is here.
Dr Chong: What happen to you, I thought I should see you next week, so fast want to give birth already? You must compensate me lei, today is my mum’s birthday and we are having 10-course dinner. Because of you, I miss my abalone, sharp fin etc…
Mummy: alright… I will buy you dinner ok…
Dr Chong: Sure huh… hey! Saw your baby head liao, hang on huh…
(Dr Chong went to wear his grove and apron)
Dr Chong: ok, when I ask you to push, you breath in and push as hard as you can.
Mummy: (breath in) Aaaa… … …
Dr Chong: ok daddy, you hold your wife hand and count 1 to 10 whenever Lina start to push. Than Lina whenever Jackson count finish 1 to 10 than you can breath in and push again.
Daddy: 1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 9… 10…
(Mummy almost want to give daddy a punch, coz he counted so slow)
So mummy keep on pushing for almost 4-5 time
Finally…
Finally, I’m out of mummy’s stomach, which I use to stay for 38weeks inside.
Oic this is Dr Chong. (Hello! … Hi…)
Hey! U Stupid man, stop flashing the light on me, my eyes blur blur liao… (Oop… it’s daddy :p) daddy was so excited to see me, keep on taking picture of me.
After the midwife finish clean up on me, she bring me to mummy.
Mummy: Huh… how come you look exactly like daddy??!!
Daddy: of course lah, it’s my son lei
Mummy keeps on asking daddy why we so look alike. Mummy feel so jealous.
Anyway, my little life starts from here…

Midwife: Mrs. Wong, you haven’t reach 10cm yet, even Dr Chong here also have to wait till you reaches 10cm than he can do delivery.
